Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 – The competition giveaway is open to participants in Spain who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
1.2 – Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Mammoth Sound Studio and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1 – The competition will be held on @mammothsoundstudio from 15th August 2023 to 8th September 2023 (the “Competition Period”).
2.2 – To enter the competition, participants must:
a) Follow @mammothsoundstudio,
b) Like the giveaway post,
c) Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
2.3 – Participants can submit only one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.
3. Winner Selection
3.1 – One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within one week after the end of the Competition Period.
3.2 – The winner will be announced on @mammothsoundstudio on 15th September 2023 and will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
3.3 – The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within the given time, another winner will be selected.
3.4 – The decision of Mammoth Sound Studio regarding the winner selection is final and binding.
4. Prize
4.1 – The winner will receive the following prize: One full-day recording session (seven hours) at Mammoth Sound Studio at a mutually agreed-upon date (travel and accommodation not included).
4.2 – The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
4.3 – Mammoth Sound Studio reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
4.4 – Any additional time used at the studio above the seven hours will be charged at the studio’s standard rate: 35,71 € + IVA.
5. Claiming the Prize
5.1 – To claim the prize, the winner must provide their full name, email address, and DNI/NIE, and confirm in writing via direct message that they accept the prize.
5.2 – The recording session must be booked within three months of the winner announcement.
6. Publicity
6.1 – By entering the competition, participants agree to Mammoth Sound Studio using their name and entry in promotional materials, social media posts, and other marketing activities related to the competition.
7. Privacy
7.1 – Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Mammoth Sound Studio’s privacy policies.
8. General Terms
8.1 – Mammoth Sound Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice for any reason.
8.2 – By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Mammoth Sound Studio.
8.3 – This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram.
